Services and Testimonials

I offer sessions in a safe and confidential environment, both in person (Lisbon) and online, in Portuguese and English. The foundation of all my work is the therapeutic relationship.I work every day to create a safe and inclusive environment where each person can be seen for who they truly are and welcomed with empathy and respect within the therapeutic relationship. In my practice, I aim to increase self-awareness about patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting, with the aim of bringing about changes in everyday life. I believe that what we do daily not only structures our lives, but also fills them with meaning and purpose. I work to help people build days, routines and lives that reflect who they really are and want to be. I incorporate occupational-based interventions, complemented by my training in psychology and, when appropriate, interventions with artistic and somatic techniques. I hope that throughout the therapeutical process, people gain practical tools to deal with everyday challenges. Each session is co-constructed with the person I'm working with - it's always a unique and singular process. If you want to know more about my work, contact me via Whatsapp

About Me

For as long as I can remember, people and their relationships have fascinated me: "Who are they? Where do they come from? How do they love each other?" Officially, I've been studying the human mind for 10 years, with a double bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and psychology, and a postgraduate diploma in community psychology.Recently, I've had the privilege of intervening with groups and working individually with people. I have used art, the body and words as tools to promote transformation. I specialized  in community psychology and therapy with altered states of consciousness. This combination allows me to deeply explore the contexts in which people find themselves and how they impact them, but also to understand the power that each individual has to rediscover and reinvent themselves.Passionated about arts, I have combined creation with activism. I launched the podcast Fala Quem Pod, with first-person testimonies about mental health, and co-produced the miniseries Diversidades, a cycle of intergenerational conversations in the LGBTQIA+ community.I currently work with people in the process of becoming who they want to be and living a life that reflects their essence. At the same time, I am specializing in cognitive-behavioral and integrative therapy and working in ketamine-assisted therapy at Liminal Minds.I have clinical experience working with depression, anxiety, burnout, LGBTQIA+ population, ethical non-monogamies, functional diversity, among others.Ultimately, I work with people, whoever they are, at whatever moment they are in.I am deeply passionate about the therapeutic process. I work every day to create a safe and inclusive environment, where each person can be seen for who they really are and welcomed with empathy and respect into a therapeutic relationship.
